Stop Leaks

Roof coatings positively stop leaks - without fail.  Your roof can be steep, flat, or in- between, as long as there is minimal water ponding an elastomeric roof coating will prevent leaks for 10 to 20 years and beyond. A variety of surfaces can be coated, including: metal, rubber, concrete, even bare plywood.  This system utilizes a range of primers, custom tailored to a specific substrate and then a flexible polyester fabric set in a base coat is used to reinforce all the seams.  Finally, an acrylic top coat provides UV protection for decades.  After the initial base coat and fabric reinforcing has reached the end of its service life, a simple cleaning and reapplication of a top coat will reinstate the warranty and last the same as the original coating, without the need for the primer and seam reinforcement processes, a savings on installation and minimizing waste.

Inhibits Rust

Installation includes the use of an acid-etching compound followed by thorough power washing, thus enabling the rust inhibiting primers of Conklin’s Metal Ready Primer® to halt rust in its tracks.
